In this project, we transformed a damp, energy-wasting crawl space into a clean, dry, and efficient area. We installed a CleanSpace® vapor barrier with drainage matting to control moisture and protect the home from ground dampness. A SmartSump® system was added to handle any water intrusion, while the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier keeps the air dry and mold-free. For added energy efficiency, we insulated the walls with SilverGlo® panels and sealed the rim joists with spray foam insulation to stop drafts. This comprehensive solution improves air quality, boosts comfort, and protects the structure year-round.
