Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Contractors in Loveland, Ohio
This expansive crawl space in Loveland, OH, was damp, chilly, and uninviting. To transform it into a warm, dry, and well-lit area, we fully encapsulated it for the homeowner. We began by installing SilverGlo foam insulation panels along the walls to improve energy efficiency. Next, we addressed the moisture issue by placing perforated drainage pipes in trenches around the perimeter, directing water to a SmartSump sump pump strategically positioned in the lowest corner. To further seal and protect the space, we applied our CleanSpace vapor barrier across the floor and up the walls, preventing ground moisture from seeping in while also enhancing brightness with its reflective white surface. Finally, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to maintain consistent dryness year-round. The homeowners were thrilled with the transformation, knowing their home’s foundation is now well-protected for the long haul.

Crawl Space Waterproofing
Here you can see our SmartSump sump pump and our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Both of these products will work in tandem to keep water and moisture away from the newly treated space.
SilverGlo Insulation
Here's a close up of our silver insulation paneling. The CleanSpace Vapor barrier gets taped up against the insulation to make sure everything is sealed properly.
Dirty Crawl Space
This crawl space was prone to ground leaks and moisture before we treated it.
CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
There is dimpled drainage matting underneath the vapor barrier on the floor. This allows groundwater to pass underneath the vapor barrier to the lowest point in the crawl space where the sump pump is situated.
