Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Contractors in Oregonia, Ohio

This rather large church in Orgeonia, Ohio had a huge, dirty, and wet crawl space. We treated it by installing our encapsulation system, which will surely extend the life of the crawl space and will save the church lots of money on future costly repairs. We started by waterproofing the huge crawl space with two TripleSafe sump pumps and 3697 square feet of our drainage matting. We then installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier all over the drainage matting and up the walls of the crawl space. We wrapped up by installing two of our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifiers, tying them to each of the sump pumps. The result is a clean, dry, protected crawl space! Scroll through the photos to learn more!

SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier

Our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier will make sure this now treated space stays dry. It can remove up to 98 pints of water out of the air in a day if needed be! Its also tied into the sump pump in the ground to the left, making it completely automated!

TripleSafe Sump Pump

Here is where the other sump pump lies in the crawl space. The drainage matting underneath the vapor barrier will allow water to flow down to the lowest point in the crawl space, right where the sump is situated. The sump pump also comes with a battery backup system, in case the power goes out.
