Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Repair Company in Lynchburg, Ohio
This crawl space in Lynchburg, OH, was prone to flooding every time it rained. Pools of water were leading to musty smells, mold, and floor joist damage. We encapsulated the crawl space to make sure that moisture and groundwater leaks were not a problem any longer. We started by installing our waterproofing system by installing drain tile under the floor around the perimeter of the crawl space, and hooking up the drains to our TripleSafe sump pump. After waterproofing, we then encapsulated the crawl space by covering the floors, walls, and columns in the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. To end the project, we then covered all vents and installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidification system. Be sure to scroll through the photos to learn more!
Wet Crawl Space
A wet crawl space may seem like no big deal, but it can lead to mold, wood rot, damaged utilities, damaged fiberglass, etc...
CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
Our CleanSpace is very durable and won't rip easily, similarly to a pool liner.
Treated Crawl Space
A treated crawl space has proven to save lots of homeowners time and money on costly repairs.
Sump Pump & Dehumidfier
In the lowest elevated spot in the crawl space you'll find our TripleSafe sump pump and our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Because this crawl space received many ground water leaks in the past, we recommended the TripleSafe, which comes with three different pumps including a battery backed one.
