The owners of this home in Xenia, Ohio wanted to have an egress window installed in their basement. They had never had a window for the basement before and wanted an attractive, safe way to exit their basement in the event of an emergency. We dug out a grove next to their home's foundation and installed an egress window, a RockWell window well, and a cover for the well.
