A CleanSpace Encapsulation System creates a moisture-proof barrier between the house and the ground. The natural moisture in the soil seeps up into the crawl space, so we installed the SmartSump Crawl space drainage system. The SmartSump, made especially for crawl spaces, will pump water from under the liner out of the crawl space. The SmartSump has a WaterWatch Alarm and an AirTight Lid with an AirTight Floor Drain.
