We installed the SmartJack Floor Support System and CleanSpace Encapsulation System for a homeowner in Wilmington, Ohio.
SmartJacks are used to support a floor that is bowing, unlevel, or creaking. The SmartJacks are installed under the floor that needs to be supported and the adjustable "screw" on the jack is used to raise the floor to the correct position.
CleanSpace is a plastic liner, similar to a pool liner, that is permanently attached to the floor and walls of the crawl space to provide a vapor-proof barrier between the ground and the home.
