Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: CleanSpace and SmartSump resolve crawl space problems in Loveland, OH

A Loveland, Ohio homeowner was interested in a vapor barrier being installed in the crawl space are of his home.  He met with Brice, one of the Certified Inspectors, who recommended that CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System and a SmartSump Crawl Space Drainage System is installed. The Liner of the CleanSpace System is a bright, white 20-mil-thick plastic liner that is similar to a pool liner.  It is attached to the floor and walls of the crawl space to provide a vapor-proof barrier between the ground below and the home.  It is important to have a barrier between the ground and the crawl space because whatever is in the crawl space, such as moisture mold and allergens, also is getting up into the living areas of the home.  CleanSpace is a great place to start to create a healthier home!
