A Property Owner Trusts The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati with 2 of their homes in Petersburg
Challenge
Tom is a property owner in Petersburg, Kentucky. On his property, he has two houses. One house had a basement that leaked. The other house had a crawlspace that needed encapsulating. In addition to the crawlspace encapsulation, the second house also needed waterproofing in the basement.
Solution
For the first property, our estimator, Austin, determined that installing 28 ft. of WaterGuard would fix the leak in the basement. We also installed a SuperSump. We hooked the sump pump up to our IceGuard. (This product helps prevent backups in the sump pump due to frozen pipes during winter.) Lastly, we installed a LawnScape outlet as a discharge line. On the wall we installed 28 ft of BrightWall
The second house required a bit more work. We encapsulated all 1569 sq ft of the crawl space with CleanSpace. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and covered the crawl space access.
In the second house's basement, we installed a SuperSump, another IceGuard, an additional LawnScape outlet, and ductwork for the SaniDry. We were so honored that Tom allowed us to work in not only one of his houses but both!
