How Does Concrete Become Uneven?:

Concrete is frequently installed on top of loose soil during a home's construction. Over time this concrete can start moving as the soil settles, shrinks, or washes away. This will result in the uneven, sinking, or tilting concrete surfaces that PolyLevel is used to raise.

What is PolyLevel?:

PolyLevel is a high-strength polyurethane foam used to raise and level concrete slabs and fixtures. It is light-weight, environmentally friendly, and durable enough to support heavy loads.

How PolyLevel is Installed:

PolyLevel is injected beneath concrete fixtures through a series of strategically-drilled pea-sized holes. This foam fills the gap between the concrete fixture and the compromised soil. As it dries, PolyLevel expands - pushing slabs and concrete fixtures upward. Afterward, the pea-sized holes are patched and become nearly invisible. Once it cures, PolyLevel will provide permanent support between the concrete slab and the ground.

Products Used in Conjunction with PolyLevel:

NexusPro

NexusPro Joint Sealant seals cracks and joints in concrete slabs to keep out water that can soften and wash away the soil underneath.  Unlike traditional urethane caulking solutions, NexusPro is silicone-based. This allows NexusPro certain unique properties such as UV resistance, flexibility, and temperature resistance.

SealentPro

SealantPro dramatically extends concrete's lifespan by defending it from damage caused by water absorption and chemicals, which can result in pitting, flaking, and staining. This solution binds with the molecules on the surface of the concrete, creating a permanent barrier after one application.

The Advantages of PolyLevel:

Traditional methods of concrete repair (like concrete replacement and mudjacking) are known for creating unattractive aftereffects. Mudjacking especially is known for washing out and drying out, providing only a temporary solution. These methods also disrupt property and have lengthy curing processes.

PolyLevel on the other hand provides a permanent, less invasive solution to uneven concrete. It will not wash out, dry out, or create an ugly patchwork effect on your fixtures. It dries within 15 minutes, and its clean installation system minimizes disruption to slabs and property.
