Leveled Front Steps
After leveling everything out, we then seal the pea-sized holes we drilled in the concrete. You can see the minimal dark grey hole is barely noticeable.
Sinking Garage Pad
One of the most likely areas for concrete to sink is right towards the garage door. Here you can see the inch or so gap between the brick and the concrete slab.
Sinking Front Steps
Here you can see the front steps and connecting sidewalk are sinking down towards the right of the picture. The sinking process has created gaps, which we later sealed once we leveled everything out.
Leveled Driveway
We were able to get pretty good lift for the driveway, which ended up closing the space between the garage floor and the driveway. You can see the remnants of the polyurethane foam under the slab next to the mulch.
Stabilized Sidewalk
PolyLevel foam has a long lifespan and will hold your concrete up for many, many years.
