A home in Springboro had a concrete slab foundation that had started to settle and sink causing the floor tiles to crack and was creating a space between the floor and the baseboard. We used the Polylevel Injection System to raise the concrete slab.

In this photo, you can see that the floor has sunk a little causing the floor in front of the fireplace and the fireplace to separate. You can see a small space between the baseboard and the carpet.
