Commercial Foundations Photo Album: What is a SmartJack Floor Support and how are they installed?

A SmartJack Floor Support is a steel pier that is used to support a floor that is unlevel, creaking or sagging. The SmartJacks are installed by compacting a structural stone in place. The pier is cut to size and installed underneath the floor that needs to be supported. The SmartJack has an adjustable screw that is used to jack the floor up into place.
