A Cincinnati, Ohio homeowner had unlevel floors in the home and called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati to find a solution for this problem. After meeting with Roger, a Certified Inspector, the homeowner had decided to have the SmartJack Floor Support System installed that was recommended by Roger.
SmartJack Floor Supports are used to raise and support a floor that is sagging. The SmartJack is a steel pier that is secured into a structural stone at the bottom. The pier is cut to size and installed under the area that is needing the support. There is an adjustable "screw" that is used to jack up the floor to the level position.
