The entire crew was polite and very neat in how they left our home at the end of their day's work.

We have lived in our home over 50 years and your crew tops all other workmen/contractors that have worked for us over all of those years.

The crew chief, TJ, was very knowledgeable about the services being provided, explained what would be done each day and when the job was done he fully explained what we should expect from the system that was installed.  All the crew worked hard but TJ set the example.  We would surely recommend that you keep him.  While I don't know your other crew leaders, I would not hesitate to give him a Service Award.
