Sump Pump & Dehumidification System
Here you can see one of the two SuperSump sump pumps we installed, as well as our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Also seen is our well duct drain (gray) that runs down into our WaterGuard subfloor drainage system that is concealed beneath the fresh concrete.

Encapsulated Crawl Space
This tiny crawl space section is now dry and insulated. On top of the SilverGlo insulation panels that were installed along the wall, we also injected spray foam insulation in the rim joists.

SuperSump Sump Pump
Here is the other sump pump we installed. This basement was very large, so we recommended to sump pumps. The white wall panel seen in this photo is one of our crack covers. Our crack covers help channel leaks from existing wall cracks down into the subfloor drainage system.

Subfloor Drains
Our WaterGuard subfloor drains come with a wall flange, so they are able to capture wall leaks. They also connect to our well duct drains.

SunHouse Window Well Enclosure
We covered all three leaky windows with our SunHouse covers. These enclosures will block out rain and debris.

Existing Crawl Space
This was what the crawl space looked like before we encapsulated it.

Leaking Window Well
The three existing window wells were all leaking, so we made sure to add drains to all of them, as well as cover them up with our SunHouse window well enclosures.
