This basement had a problematic wall that would leak often. Not very fun for the homeowner, who liked to workout down there and who had plans to one day to their basement into a gym studio. We waterproofed the leaky wall with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, our SuperSump Plus sump pump, our WaterGuard subfloor drains, and a couple of window well ducts. All these systems will work in unison to keep this wall dry and clean so that the homeowner can workout in peace.

SuperSump Sump Pump

This sump pump will do a great job at keeping water away from this foundation.

Window Well Drain/Duct

Basement windows can be tricky, and may leak if not properly installed. Our drains make sure they won't leak onto the basement floor.

Vapor Barrier

The white reflective surface of our CleanSpace really brightens the basement. It also tucks into the subfloor drains near concealed under the concrete, which allows it to channel wall leaks. It also seals out moisture.
