It may be hard to see because it's supposed to hidden, but under the sink is out service port. This port allows us to access the drainage system for servicing in the rare event that the drains need cleansing.

Our TripleSafe sump pump comes with all the bells and whistles that a modern waterproofing system should have. These aspects include; Three different pumps including a battery backed one, an air-tight lid, an alarm, and two discharge lines.
Subfloor Drains
Our patented subfloor drains were designed for interior systems. Interior systems are less likely to clog and are minimally invasive. In fact, the only part of the drainage system visible to the eye is the wall flange that will catch any water dripping down from the walls.
