SubFloor Drains
Our WaterGuard subfloor drains go underneath the floor and are completely concealed from the eye. Unfortunately, we do have to cut a little off the bottom of the drywall to be able to properly install them. They also come with a wall flange that helps collect leaks coming from the wall.
Discharge Line
The green outlet is flush with the yard and is very minimal. The white IceGuard outlets to the left of the gray utility box will allow water to still be discharged even if the line freezes underground in the Winter. We like to save the grass whenever we can when digging for lines, and that's why you can't even tell we dug here!
Home Near Base of River
Water always flows downhill, remember that.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
This TripleSafe sump pump is equipped with an UltraSump 4 battery back up. The battery is attached to a third pump in the liner, that will turn on if the water level reaches a certain height. If the power goes off or the first two pumps fail, you will still be safe from water.
High Water Tables
Homes near large rivers are going to have a naturally higher water table due to their proximity.
Ruined Dry Wall and Carpet
Water can ruin finished basement very easily. In this case, the drywall and the carpet got destroyed.
