Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing Company in West Chester, Ohio
The owners of this home called us because they were experiencing wet floors and musty smells in their basement. They told us they had an existing interior waterproofing system, but that the sump pump didn't seem the best. They also told us they had a crawl space that had really high levels of humidity. Upon inspection, we realized the best plan of action was to replace their sump pump with one of ours, extend their existing drainage to the perimeter of their crawl space, encapsulate the crawl space with our moisture barrier, and to place a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier right in-between the basement and crawl space. This new system is sure to stop basement water leaks and their high levels of humidity. We felt good after the project knowing we were able to give the homeowners peace of mind from moisture damage.
Dry Crawl Space
Our CleanSpace moisture barrier does a great job at keeping crawl spaces dry. It also helps that the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is right next to this crawl space.
Existing Sump Pump
This sump pump was giving the owners of this home lots of trouble. The people who installed it have since gone out of business, so the homeowners felt trapped with it.
Humid Crawl Space
The thin plastic on the floor was not doing its job at all.
Wet Basement Floor
This floor was stained from all the piled up water intrusions from over the years.
Sump Pump Replacement
We replaced their old sump pump with our SuperSump. Also pictured is the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier which is strong enough to keep the moisture levels down in both the basement and adjacent crawl space.
