This house was built in the 1960's and had some active water leakages into the basement. The basement also had a wall that was bowing, likely from all the outside water pressure built up in the soil. To resolve these problems in the basement, we installed our basement waterproofing system and our bowed wall repair system. These two systems will combine to relieve hydrostatic pressure, alleviating all the associated problems. Be sure to look through the photos to learn more!

Trenches for Subfloor Drains

WaterGuard is a sub-floor drainage system that is installed along the foundation walls. They require us to dig trenches around the perimeter.

You can see the gray WaterGuard sitting in the trench. You can also see the back filled gravel surrounding the drainage. The white crack cover panels will help drain water leaks from the wall down into the drainage system.
