Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: RockWell Window Well and a WellDuct Window Well Duct are installed in Cincinnati, OH.
An Egress Window was installed along with a Rockwell Window Well and a WellDuct Window Well Drain. The purpose of having an Egress Window is to provide a way of egress, or exit, from the basement.
The Rockwell Window Well has built-in steps to make the exit easier. The Rockwell looks like a rocky landscape from the inside of the basement.
The WellDuct Window Well Drain is used to drain water that collects in the window well. This water is drained in through the duct and down into the WaterGuard. The water is drained into the sump pump system and removed from the basement.

The WellDuct at the bottom of the window allows water to drain from the window well, into the duct and then into the WaterGuard system.
