WellDuct Window Well Drain.
Any water that seeps into the window well will be drained into the WellDuct, and then down into the WaterGuard, and then to be drained into the SuperSump so that it can be removed from the basement.
RockWell Window Well and Egress Window.
An Egress Window is a window that can be used to escapte the basement during an emergency. The RockWell Window Well has built-in steps and provides an area large enough to assit with the exit out of the basement. From the inside it looks like a rocky landscape.
BrightWall Panel, WellDuct Window Well, and WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System.
A BrightWall Panel is used to cover the wall and also drain wall leaks down into the WaterGuard Basement Waterpoofing System. BrightWall can also be used to cover the walls like traditional paneling and really brightens up the basement.
WellDuct Window Well Drain, RockWell Window Well and WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System.
The WellDuct Window Well will drain any water that seeps int the window well and drain it into the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System.

IceGuard has been installed on the discharge line so that if the line becomes frozen or clogged, the water has a way to escape the basement.

The LawnScape Outlet is installed at the end of the discharge line.

The RockWell Window Well Cover has been installed over the window well. This will prevent accidental falls, keeps the window clean, keeps debris from getting in the window well, and still creates an easy exit from out of the basement.
