Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Water leaking in through a basement wall resolved with BrightWall in Troy, OH

A homeowner in Troy, Ohio called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati regarding some problems with water leaking into the basement through a block foundation wall.  The homeowner met with Chris, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, a TripleSafe Sump Pump System and BrightWall Paneling System is installed to resolve the problems that the homeowner was having in the basement. WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a patented, sub-floor piping system that is used to intercept the water that seeps into the basement.  The water is then drained into the sump pump system to be pumped out of the basement. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System is a three pump system.  The first pump is a 1/3 hp pump that will do the pumping the majority of the time.  If this pump becomes overwhelmed with a high volume of water then the second pump will start.  The second pump is a 1/2 hp high volume pump.  Both of these pumps working together can pump up to 6,250 gallons of water out of the basement. The third pump is the battery back up system.  This pump will run during a power failure to remove water from the basement.  It comes with its own battery and charging station.  The BrightWall Paneling System is sheets of plastic paneling that is permanently attached to the foundation walls.  The BrightWall Panels drain wall leaks into the WaterGuard and prevent the water vapor from permeating into the basement.
