Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and a SuperSump installed to resolve water problems in Oxford, OH

We installed a WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System for a homeowner in Oxford, Ohio.  The WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is our patented sub-floor piping system that is used to intercept the water that seeps into the basement.  The water is drained into a sump pump system, such as the SuperSump, to be pumped out of the basement.  The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is a 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron pump.  It includes the WaterWatch Alarm, SuperLiner, CleanPump Stand, an Airtight Lid with an Airtight Floor Drain. The WaterWatch Alarm sounds an alarm if there is a pump or power failure.  This alerts the homeowner to a problem with the system that needs to be resolved.  The SuperLiner is a heavy-duty liner that houses the pump and will not crack or cave in.  The CleanPump Stand lifts the pump out of the sediment that collects on the bottom of the liner.  The Airtight Lid keeps objects from falling into the liner, keeps out insects and odors and helps to quiet the pump.  The Airtight Floor Drain will allow water that is leaking from plumbing to flow into the liner so that the water can be pumped out, but it will now allow the water to back up into the basement.  Now that the homeowner has the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and SuperSump installed the basement, it will be dry and free of water intrusion.  The basement will be able to be used for extra living space, recreation and storage without having to worry about water getting into the basement and causing problems.
