Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: PowerBrace, CleanSpace and SuperSump installed to resovle water in Cincinnati, OH

A home in Cincinnati that had a stone foundation was leaking water into the basement and the homeowner was noticing some cracks in the walls.  The homeowner had seen our booth at the Sharonville Outdoor Living Show and scheduled an appointment with Donny, a Certified Inspector. Donny recommended that PowerBrace System, WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System along with an UltraSump Battery Back-up System, and CleanSpace Wall System are installed to resolve the problems that the homeowner was having in the basement. The PowerBrace System is steel I-beams that are secured tightly against the wall and attached with brackets to the floor and floor joists.  The PowerBraces immediately stabilize a foundation wall and have an adjustable bracket that can be tightened over time to potentially reverse the wall failure.   WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a sub-floor piping system that is used to intercept the water that seeps into the basement.  The Water is drained into a sump pump system to be pumped out of the basement. The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is a 1/3 hp pump and includes the WaterWatch Alarm, SuperLiner, and an Airtight Lid.  The UltraSump is a battery back up system that will run on battery power during a pump or power failure.  The UltraSump comes with its own battery and charging station.  CleanSpace Wall System is a plastic liner, similar to a pool liner, that is permanently attached to the walls of the basement.  The CleanSpace drains wall leaks down into the WaterGuard and keeps the water from permeating into the basement. These products working together will stabilize the foundation and keep the water from leaking into the basement.  The homeowner will be able to use the basement for storage without worries of water intrusion.
