Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: WaterGuard, TrenchDrain, TripleSafe and BrightWall used in Middletown, OH

A building in Middletown was having problems with water seeping into the basement.  The owner met with Walt, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, a TrenchDrain, TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and BrightWall Panels are installed to resolve the problems the owner was having in the basement. WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing system is a piping system that is installed under the floor along the foundation walls.  The WaterGuard collects the water that is seeping into the basement and then drains that water into a sump pump system to be pumped out of the basement to keep it dry. The TrenchDrain is usually installed across doorways and hatches and has a grated top that allows water to flow in and will also be drained into the sump pump system. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System has three pumps.  Pump one is a 1/3 hp cast iron pump and will be doing the majority of the pumping.  If this pump fails or becomes overwhelmed by a high volume of water then Pump two will start up.  The two pumps running together can pump up to 6,200 gallons of water per hour out of your basement.  Pump three is an UltraSump Battery Back-up pump.  This pump will automatically start up if there is a power failure and will pump water out of the basement using battery power.  It comes with its own battery and charging station.  BrightWall Paneling System is 4x8 sheets of plastic paneling that is permanently attached to the foundation walls to drain wall leaks into the WaterGuard System and keeps water vapor from permeating into the basement.  The Bright white color reflects natural light and really brightens up the basement giving it a semi-finished look.   Our patented products working together will give the owner a dry basement for life.  Call The Basement Doctor and schedule an appointment with a Certified Inspector to see how we can help you create a dry, usable basement.
