Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: RockWell Egress window installed in West Chester, OH
We installed a RockWell Window Well and Egress Window for a homeowner in West Chester, Ohio. The RockWell Window Well is made of a rigid one-piece composite construction. The RockWell Window Well provides an easy exit from the basement during an emergency, as well as adding natural light into the basement. A polycarbonate Cover for the RockWell protects against accidental falls, keeps the window clean and free of debris, and can even hold up to 500 pounds.
We also installed a FlexiSpan Crack Repair System to a crack in the foundation wall that was starting to seep a little bit of water. The FlexiSpan Crack Repair System starts with a bead of sealant. This bead of sealant will slow down the leak, if not completely stop the leak. Next, a FlexiSpan Foam Drain Strip is applied over the sealant and tucked into the drainage system below. If any water at all gets past the sealant it will seep down into the Foam Drain Strip. The Foam Drain Strip is covered with a Sealant Overlay to completely seal the repair. This repair is also covered with a piece of BrightWall Paneling. This will stop the water from penetrating into the basement.
The homeowner left us this review on Google: I am so pleased with the work Rafael, Tyler and Hector did on my basement. I had an egress window added to a room in the basement and mentioned a leak that had recently started on the floor. Rafael added the extra work on a change order and both items were finished professionally and quickly in two days! The crew protected my grass with wooden planks, cleaned up afterwards and did a great job! They were respectful of my property, reassuring about the work I need to get done and completely professional and easy to work with. Thank you, Basement Doctor of Cincinnati! I highly recommend you!
