Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Pre-Finishing and Waterproofing in Mason, OH

We installed Basement to Beautiful Panels, a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, and a SaniDry Sedona for a homeowner in Mason, Ohio. Basement to Beautiful Panels are insulated wall panels designed with our unique SilverGlo insulation.  These panels are designed to withstand the basement environment and will not rot or soak up water. WaterGuard is our patented sub-floor drainage system that's used to intercept the water that seeps into the basement. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System is a three pump system.  The primary pump is a 1/3 hp pump that will do the majority of the pumping.  If that pump would fail or become overwhelmed with the amount of water, the 1/2 hp high volume pump will start up.  Both pumps working together can pump up to 6,200 gallons of water per hour out of the basement.  The third pump is the UltraSump Battery Back-up pump and will run on battery power during the event of a power failure. The SaniDry Sedona is used to filter and dry the air.  Having high humidity in the basement encourages mold growth and musty odors so an energy efficient dehumidification system is paramount. These patented products working together will create a space for the homeowner that is more comfortable and healthier.
