A homeowner in Somerville, Ohio was having problems with water seeping into the basement of their home.  The homeowner called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati to find a solution to the problems they were having in the basement.   The homeowner met with Michael, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System, and an UltraSump Battery Back-up System is installed to resolve the problems that the homeowner was experiencing in the basement.  WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is our patented sub-floor drainage system that is installed below the floor to intercept water that seeps into the basement and will drain it to the sump pump unseen by the homeowner. The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is a 1/3 hp cast iron pump and is used to pump water out of the basement.  The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System also includes the WaterWatch Alarm, Super Liner and Airtight Lid.   The UltraSump Premier Sump Pump System is a battery back up system.  This system will automatically turn on during a primary pump or power failure and will pump water out of the basement using battery power and it comes with its own battery and charging station.  Now, that the WaterGuard is intercepting the water and the sump pump is pumping it out of the basement, the homeowner will have a dry basement and will no longer have to worry about water intrusion.
