Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: WaterGuard, TrenchDrain, TripleSafe Sump Pump Systems to resolve water in Cincinnati, OH
A 30-year-old-home in Cincinnati was experiencing water seeping in from the seam of the walls and floor. The homeowner called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati to find a solution to this problem. The homeowner met with Walt, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, a TripleSafe Sump Pump System is installed.
Waterguard Basement Waterproofing System is a piping system installed along the perimeter of the foundation to intercept water that is seeping into the basement. The system will drain the water unseen out of the basement keeping the basement dry.
The TripleSafe Sump Pump System is a three pump system used to remove water from the basement. The primary pump is a 1/3 hp pump system and will be doing the majority of the pumping. The second pump is a 1/2 hp high volume pump and will start up if the primary pump fails or becomes overwhelmed with a high volume of water. Both pumps working together can pump 6,200 gallons of water per hour out of the basement. The third pump is an UltraSump Battery Back-up System. This pump works on battery power to remove water from the basement during pump failure or power outage.
WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and a TripleSafe Sump Pump System working together will keep the basement dry and give the homeowner a space that they can use without worries of water intrusion.
