A Cincinnati homeowner was having problems with water seeping in at the seam near the fireplace in the basement of the home.  We installed WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System to resolve this problem for the homeowner.  The WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a piping system installed into the floor around the perimeter of the foundation to intercept the water that seeps into the basement.  The water collects in the piping and is drained into the sump pump system to be pumped out of the basement.  The result is a dry basement that the homeowner can use for storage or extra living space.
