Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: WaterGuard and a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System resolve water problems in West Chester, OH

A homeowner was having problems with water seeing in at the cove of his basement and called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati for help resolving this problem.  The homeowner met with Mark, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System are installed to resolve this problem that the homeowner was having in the basement. WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a patented perimeter piping system that intercepts water that is seeping into the basement.  This system will intercept the water and drain it into the sump pump system to be pumped out of the basement.    The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is a high-end Zoeller cast iron pump.  It comes with a WaterWatch Alarm, SuperLiner, and a special Airtight Lid.  This system has a 1/3 hp pump that can pump 2,650 gallons of water per hour out of your basement.  It resists clogging and can pump 1/2" solids and will perform reliably for years.  The WaterWatch Alarm will alert the homeowner if there is ever a problem with the system such as a pump or power failure.  The SuperLiner is a rugged liner that will not crack or cave in and has holes throughout it to allow water to flow in from under the floor to be pumped out of the basement.  The Airtight Lid has a special design to allow water from a plumbing leak to flow into the liner, but not allow water from inside the liner to flow back into the basement.   The WaterGuard and SuperSump working together will provide the homeowner with a dry basement that can be used without worries of water intrusion.
