Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: WaterGuard Resolves water problems in Maineville, OH

A homeowner in Maineville, Ohio was having problems with water seeping into a finished basement.  The homeowner called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati to find a solution to this problem.  The homeowner met with Roger, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System, and an UltraSump Battery Back-up System is installed to resolve the problems that the homeowner was having.  The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is a high-end 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron pump.  It includes the WaterWatch Alarm, SuperLiner, Airtight Lid, and CleanPump Stand.  The WaterWatch Alarm sounds if the water reaches the point that the pump should have turned on.  It will also sound during a power failure due to the electricity being out or if it would become unplugged.  This will alert the homeowner to a problem that needs to be resolved with the system.  The SuperLiner is a heavy-duty, rugged plastic liner that will not cave in or crack and has holes throughout the liner to allow water to drain in from under the floor.  The Airtight Lid will keep water from evaporating back into the basement, keeps objects from falling into the liner, keeps out odors and insects and helps to quiet the pump.  The CleanPump Stand lifts the pumps out of the sediment that gathers at the bottom of the pump.  The UltraSump Battery Back-up Pump is a pump that will operate during primary pump failure or if there is a power outage.  The UltraSump will run on battery power and comes with its own battery and charging station. These products working together will keep the basement dry so that the homeowner can use the basement for extra living space or storage without having to worry about water intrusion.
