A homeowner in Indian Hill was having problems with water leaking through a crack in the basement wall.  The homeowner met with Steve, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that FlexiSpan Crack Repair is installed to resolve this problem for the homeowner. FlexiSpan Crack Repair System is installed by first applying a bead of sealant to the crack.  This will slow the leak if not completely stop it from leaking.  Any water that seeps past this sealant will be a very small amount of water.  Next, a FlexiSpan Foam Drain Strip is applied over the sealant.  The Foam Drain Strip will drain any water down into the drainage below.  A Sealant Overlay is also placed over the repair from top to bottom.  The FlexiSpan Crack Repair System is a permanent repair, so the homeowner will not have to worry about water seeping from this crack again.
