Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: WaterGuard, FlexiSpan, Super and UltraSumps resolve water seeping thruough a wall in West Chester, OH

A homeowner from West Chester, Ohio was having problems with water seeping through a finished wall in the basement.  The homeowner met with Donny, one of our Certified Inspectors, who recommended that WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, FlexiSpan Crack Repair System, a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System with UltraSump Battery Back-up Pumping System is installed to resolve this problem for the homeowner.  WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a piping system installed in the floor along the foundation walls to intercept the water that is seeping into the basement.  The water is drained into the sump pump system to be pumped out of the basement.   FlexiSpan Crack Repair System is our patented crack repair system.  A bead of sealant is applied to seal the crack.  Next, a FlexiSpan foam drain strip is installed to drain any water that gets past the sealant down into the drainage system below.  A sealant overlay is applied over the foam strip creating a sealed patch from top to bottom.  The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is a high-end 1/3hp Zoeller cast iron pump that includes the WaterWatch Alarm, the SuperLiner, and Airtight Lid.  The WaterWatch Alarm will sound an alarm if the water reaches the point that the pump should have started and it will also sound if there is a power failure.  This alerts the homeowner to a problem with the system that needs to be resolved. The UltraSump is a battery back-up pumping system.  This pump will automatically start up if the primary pump fails or during a power failure and runs on battery power.  It has its own battery pack and charging station.   The WaterGuard and FlexiSpan Crack Repair Systems will intercept water that seeps into the basement draining it into the sump pump system to be pumped out of the basement.  This will keep the basement dry and allow the homeowner to use the basement for storage or extra living space without worries of water invasion.
