Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: SuperSump, FlexiSpan and Carbon Armor installed in South Lebanon, OH

A South Lebanon, Ohio homeowner was having problems with cracks in poured basement walls.  The homeowner met with Brice, who recommended that a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System, FlexiSpan Wall Repair and Carbon Armor is installed to resolve the problems the homeowner was having in the basement. The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is a 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron pump.  It includes the WaterWatch Alarm, the SuperLiner, and Airtight Lid.  The WaterWatch Alarm sounds an alarm if the water reaches the point that the pump should have turned on.  This will alert the homeowner of an issue with the system that needs to be resolved before damage occurs.  The SuperLiner is a rugged liner that will not cave in or crack and has 96 holes throughout to allow water to flow in from under the floor.  The Airtight Lid keeps water from evaporating back into the basement, keeps objects from falling into the liner, and quiets the pump. FlexiSpan Wall Repair System is used to seal leaking wall cracks.  It is a 3 layer system and it works every time!  The first layer is a bead of sealant.  This seals the crack to stop or slow down the leak.  Layer 2 is the foam drain strip.  If any water manages to seep past the sealant it will seep down the foam drain strip into the drainage below.  The third layer is a Sealant Overlay that seals the repair from top to bottom.  The Carbon Armor System is used to permanently stabilize your home's foundations walls.  Carbon Armor uses fiber reinforced polymers that are ten times stronger than steel yet flexible enough to fit tight against the basement wall.  Armor lock brackets bind and secure to the floor joists to stabilize a bowing or leaning wall.
