Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and SuperSump used to resolve water problems in Cincinnati, OH

A Cincinnati, Ohio homeowner was having problems with water seeping into the basement.  The homeowner met with Roger, one of our Certified Inspectors, who recommended that WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System are installed to resolve this problem for the homeowner. WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a piping system installed in the floor along the foundation walls.  The Waterguard intercepts water that is seeping into the basement and then drains it into the sump pump system.  The sump pump system then pumps it out of the basement. The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is a high-end Zoeller cast iron pump.  It includes a WaterWatch Alarm, a SuperLiner, and an Airtight Lid.  The Waterwatch Alarm sounds if the water reaches the point that the pump should have turned on.  This alerts the homeowner to an issue to be resolved with the system.  The SuperLiner is a heavy duty liner that will not cave in or crack.  The Airtight Lid keeps objects from falling into the liner, keeps out insects and odors and quiets the pump.   WaterGuard intercepting the water that is seeping into the basement and the SuperSump pumping it back out of the basement will keep the basement dry for the homeowner.  The homeowner will be able to use the basement for storage or extra living space without worries of water intrusion.
