Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: A one-hundred-year-old chapel has water seeping between the wall and floor in Cincinnati, OH

A one-hundred-year-old chapel in Cincinnati, Ohio was having problems with water seeping into the basement from in between the wall and the floor.  They met with Austin, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, BrightWall Paneling System, a TrenchDrain and a SaniDry Sedona are installed to resolve this problem.  WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is our patented piping system installed in the floor along the foundation walls to intercept the water that is seeping into the basement.  It is drained into a sump pump system and is pumped out of the basement.  The TrenchDrain has a grated top that fits flush with the floor and allows water from doorways and hatches to flow into the drainage system.  The TripleSafe Sump Pump System is a three pump system.  Pump one is the primary pump that will do most of the pumping.  Pump two is a high-volume pump that will start up to give pump one a "turbo boost" if it should become overwhelmed by a high volume of water.  Both pumps working together can pump 6,200 gallons of water per hour out of the basement.  Pump three is the UltraSump Battery Back-up Pump.  This pump will turn on if there is a power failure and will run on DC power.  It comes with its own battery and charging station.   BrightWall Paneling System is 4x8 sheets of plastic paneling that is used to cover walls giving the basement a semi-finished look and will also drain wall leaks down into the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System. The SaniDry Sedona is a dehumidifier that dries and filters the air.  When the humidity is too high, it makes the environment uncomfortable, and too much humidity also encourages mold growth and musty odors.   These systems working together will create a basement that is dry, healthier, and able to be used without worries of water intrusion, mold and musty odors!
