Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: WaterGuard used to resolve water problems in Cincinnati, OH

We installed WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System along with an UltraSump Battery Back-up System. WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a piping system installed along the foundation walls of the basement.  This piping system intercepts the water that is seeping into the basement and drains it into the sump pump system to be pumped out of the basement. The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is a high-end 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron pump.  It includes a WaterWatch Alarm, SuperLiner, and an Airtight Lid.  The WaterWatch Alarm will sound if the water reaches the point that the pump should have started.  This will give the homeowner time to resolve the issue before damage occurs.  The SuperLiner has 96 holes in it that will allow water to flow in from under the floor.  The Airtight lid keeps moisture from evaporating back into the basement, keeps out bugs and odors, keeps objects from falling into the liner and quiets the pump.   The UltraSump is a battery back up pumping system.  This pump will automatically start up if there is a pump or power failure and will run on battery power.  It comes with a maintenance-free battery and charging station.   WaterGuard intercepting the water that is seeping into the basement and the sump pump pumping it out of the basement, the homeowner will be able to use the basement without worries of water intrusion.
