Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: WaterGuard, SuperSump, UltraSump and SaniDry resolve water problems in Milford, OH

A Milford, Ohio homeowner was having problems with water seeping into the basement.  The house is over 40 years old and has a block foundation.  The homeowner met with Jeff, one of our Certified Inspectors, he recommended that WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System along with an UltraSump Battery Back-up System, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier is installed to resolve the problems they were having in the basement. WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing system is a piping system installed along the foundation walls to intercept the water that seeps into the basement.  The water is drained into a sump pump system, such as the SuperSump to be pumped out of the basement. The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is a high-end 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron pump.  It also includes the WaterWatch Alarm that will sound an alarm if there is a pump or power failure to alert the homeowner to a problem with the system.  It also includes the SuperLiner, a heavy-duty liner that will not cave in or crack, and an Airtight Lid that will keep things from falling into the liner and also quiets the pump.   As an option, but highly recommended, is the UltraSump Battery Back-up System.  This battery back-up system comes with its own battery and charging station and will automatically start if there is a primary pump failure or power failure.   The SaniDry Sedona will filter and dry the air, keeping the humidity low.  High humidity can cause musty odors, encourage mold growth, and an uncomfortable environment.   These system working together will create a more usable space for the homeowner that will be free of water intrusion and high humidity.
