Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: WaterGuard and TripleSafe resolve water problems in Morrow, OH
A Morrow, Ohio homeowner was having problems with water seeping in on the back wall of a finished basement. They met with Brice, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing and a TripleSafe Sump System is installed to resolve this problem.
WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a perimeter piping system installed along the foundation wall to intercept water that is seeping into the basement. The water is then drained into a sump pump system, such as a TripleSafe Sump System, to be pumped out of the basement.
The TripleSafe Sump is a three pump system. The first pump is a Zoeller M-53 1/3 hp cast iron pump. This pump will be doing the pumping most of the time. The second pump is a Zoeller M-98 1/2 hp High Volume Pump. This pump will run if pump 1 fails or becomes overwhelmed with the amount of water. These pumps working together can pump up to 6,200 gallons of water per hour. The third pump is the UltraSump Battery Back-up System. If the power fails the UltraSump turns on and operates on battery power. It comes with its own battery and automatic charging system.
WaterGuard intercepting the water and TripleSafe Sump System pumping the water out of this basement will give this homeowner peace of mind that their finished basement will be safe from water intrusion.
