They took time to explain what everything does and how it was installed and what it's going to do for me in my basement. I sincerely appreciate extra little tips they provided for how to keep my basement spider free.😊 Walt, my salesman, was not pushy and didn't try to upsell me for things that I don't need. He was patient and spent quite a bit of time explaining the process beforehand. In addition, the communication leading up to my install date was impeccable.
