What made you choose our company:

The materials used versus the competition materials. I wasn't thrilled with the "convenience fee", or NOT being told in advance that not only does the snow have to be gone but all moisture on the surface must be dry. I asked repeatedly if the current weather would be an issue and was told repeatedly "No". Yet it certainly was. Now the installer has to come back at a later date to finish 2 small sections. I would much rather have known so I could better prep the surface or rescheduled. Instead of paying for a complete job when it isn't complete.
