What made you choose our company:

One corner of my house in Morrow, Ohio had sunk a small amount, causing cracks in the brick wall and cement foundation. I did an investigation on companies that could stabilize a foundation, and decided that The Basement Doctor had the best system. As a professional engineer, I was impressed by the system that was installed to stabilize and raise the foundation. I feel confident that their mechanical system will stabilize that section permanently. Tyler Vass and his crew of Marvin, Brian Z, and Brian H. arrived on time and went right to work. They marked all of the known underground utilities and carefully hand excavated the areas around those utilities. They worked efficiently and as a team, excavating under the foundation at 5 points and installing the equipment necessary to stabilize a sinking foundation and raising it back to its normal position. Although they did cut through an unknown underground power line, they repaired it and put it back into service. In one day they completed the work of returning the foundation to its normal position. The following morning they finished regrading the area and were done by early morning. Tyler listened carefully to what I needed to have accomplished, and all members of the crew were friendly and professional. I would use them again if I needed another part of my house stabilized.
