Couldn't be happier with my choice to call The Basement Doctor. It was a couple of months from when I signed the contract till I could be scheduled in but after having all the work done it was worth the wait. Great Job!

Donny DiPalma came to my home. Checked out what my issues in the basement were. Then explained in detail what my options were. No pressure sales tactics. Just the facts which made the decision easier.

Tyler Vass, Brian and Austin were the crew that did the work in my basement in my Forest Park home on September 8,9 and 11. Couldn't be happier. The whole crew were personable and professional. They called before arriving and got here on time. They stayed on task and got the job done. Tyler explained what they were doing along the way and thoroughly answered any questions we had. It was completely obvious that Tyler and the whole crew were well trained and knew what they were doing. When the job was complete Tyler walked us through everything that was done and what we needed to do from that point on. These guys were great and that makes them good representatives for your company. I would give them all 6 stars out of 5 if that were possible. A++ all around.

Mess and dust were kept to a minimal. They removed concrete that was jackhammered efficiently. New concrete mixing was kept contained. Basement was left in good shape. My job afterwards was easy.
