after talking on phone to rep to schedule a visit to offer a solution and proposal. Then talking with the sales person, very open, honest with options and NOT pushy to make a sale. explained the facts and approach and the cost. all very straight forward. he was very pleasant as well. I did talk with a couple others and they were pushing hard for a sale, very hard. that turns me off right away, as I was perfectly clear up front i'm not ready to buy, looking for solutions and costs so I can budget. they still push.
