Photo Album: Foundation Repair Contractor in Dayton, Ohio
This photo gallery showcases a recent steel underpinning foundation repair we completed for a slab home experiencing significant settlement issues. The homeowners noticed cracks forming in their walls and floors, along with doors and windows sticking—clear signs of foundation movement.
To permanently stabilize the home, we installed steel helical piers beneath the foundation. These heavy-duty piers were hydraulically driven deep into stable soil or bedrock, ensuring a solid, long-term solution. Once the piers reached the proper depth, we carefully lifted the foundation back to its original position, helping to close cracks and restore the home’s stability.

Piering System
We would later cover this trench with all the dirt we dug up after installation.
Cracking Window
Windows and doors are a very common sign of settling. They are often the first problem to reveal because windows and doors are often the weakest structural point in a home.
Gap in Ceiling
Gaps between the walls, floors, and ceilings of a home are also a common sign of settlement.
Foundation Repair
Foundation repair can get messy, but it is required to prevent your house from sinking.
Problematic Soil
This side of the house is where we installed our piers. Weak soil beneath this side of the home was causing the home to sink.
