This property in Alexandria, KY, was having some issues with their existing exterior foundation waterproofing system, (say that three times fast). A lot of homes come with exterior systems, as they are easily built when a home is first constructed because the foundation is exposed. The problem with this system is that exterior systems are more likely to clog, and they take a huge effort to repair because it requires excavating around the outside of your entire home. The easier solution to ensure your basement stays dry is to install an interior system with a company who knows what they're doing. These homeowners understood this concept when one of our Inspectors explained it to them, so they felt like we were the right company to waterproof their basement with an interior system.
