Wet Basement

This carpet was going to need some cleaning work, so we removed it in order to install our waterproofing system.

Pre Basement Finishing Moisture Barrier

TripleSafe Sump Pump

This is one of the two sump pumps we installed for this basement. This one will do all the heavy lifting, as it has a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a third battery backed pump.

Subfloor Drainage System

Our WaterGuard subfloor drains have a wall flange that the CleanSpace moisture barrier tucks right into. The CleanSpace will drip any moisture that it collects right into the drainage system.
